Media Training Program

Two times a year, Zenith offers recent college graduates the chance to apply for our Media Training Program. Through a combination of on-the-job training, project assignments, client-facing exposure and classroom training, graduates of the program emerge with the skill set and experience to launch a successful career in the media industry.

Trainees are exposed to day-to-day agency business and client relationship management, while benefitting from mentorship by experienced employees. Upon successful completion of the program, full-time positions may be offered within the agency.


How It Works

This is a full-time, 120 day rotational program. All trainees complete a 60-day rotation in two of the following departments:

Strategy (planning)
National Video Activation
Digital and Magazine Activation
Local Activation

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.

Live my Life

The Live My Life program is a valuable exchange program targeted towards high-potential talent. Selected participants will spend 2 weeks in a ZO office abroad and will also host a fellow participant from a foreign office.

The key objectives are:

  • To create, reward, and recognize our most promising talent
  • To foster meaningful connections across cultures
  • To shape a strong ZO global network of talent

ZOUniversity is an in house learning curriculum developed by the Organizational Development Department. It ensures that our teams are constantly trained and re-trained at each stage of their career.

The curriculum is arranged in 4 levels based on skill set and professional level. At each stage, the staff are given trainings relevant to their development level. This training goes from assistants all the way to executive training for our EVPs, Presidents and CEOs. Courses are taught throughout the year and are given by peers and subject matter experts.
