    A nine-year Zenith veteran, Sean has moved across multiple facets of the business in his nearly two decades of experience. From account planning, media and strategy to data, insights and technology, Sean is able to connect the dots across disciplines in a way that brings flexibility to our agency and our clients. While he considers himself a "big thinker," Sean is a firm believer that big ideas are only as good as the ability to execute upon them. He takes tremendous pride in not only generating ideas, but in translating ideas into actionable outcomes that impact the bottom line.

    Prior to taking over the helms at Zenith, ROAR and Moxie, Sean spent time at Publicis & Hal Riney, Goodby Silverstein & Partners and AKQA.

    During his extensive tenure at Zenith spanning over ten years, Sean has worn many different hats, giving him an expansive depth of knowledge and skills in the media landscape. He has led media efforts for some of the most dynamic advertisers in highly competitive media categories, serving as a strategic partner to his clients. While at Zenith, Sean has served as a transformational force in ROI accountability, leading the implementation of econometrics, digital innovation and technology platforms. In his current role, Sean is responsible for executive oversight of Zenith’s operations and client teams across the US.

    Prior to his role as President, Zenith USA, Sean has held senior roles on the Corporate Development and New Business teams, managed client relationships and had led Zenith’s Chicago office.

Linda Fitzsimmons

    Linda Fitzsimmons has shaped an agency transformation that has positioned Zenith at the forefront of an ever-shifting industry. During her first nine years at Zenith, Linda was an integral part of the Zenith Strategy Team where she led planning for top clients. She was also a strong voice behind thought leadership of the LIVE ROI planning approach. In her current role as President, Operations, Linda is working vigorously to train the Zenith talent, and restructure teams with a laser focus on integrating planning, analytics and investment teams. Her experience has taught her the value in adaptability, thoroughness and precision; traits that she aims to pass on to all those she trains and works with.

Prior to joining Zenith in 2004, Linda held roles at AT&T's Consumer Division, where she directed the media planning and execution across general market, direct response and multicultural agencies.

Mac Hagel

    Mac Hagel is an 18-year professional in the Media and Advertising industry leading, high-profile Fortune 500 clients to achieve award-winning campaigns and the most effective ROI. As the EVP, Managing Director – West, Mac serves as the media lead overseeing Zenith USA’s West Coast Operations. With a comprehensive range of expertise across multiple categories, inclusive of Entertainment, Technology, Gaming, Travel, Telecom, Cable, Finance, Packaged Goods and Retail, Mac has a proven track record in superior leadership, client service and results-driven innovative branding strategies.

    Mac joined Zenith in 2012 as SVP of Strategy, overseeing both the JPMorgan Chase and H&M accounts. Under his leadership, the agency moved JPMorgan Chase from product driven planning to a portfolio segment approach, effectively driving efficiency, scalability, uniformity and governance across their organization. For H&M, Mac propelled innovation around their largest annual campaign, H&M’s David Beckham Super Bowl promotion. Overall, the H&M Beckham ad was ranked the #1 most talked about Super Bowl commercial and represented the climax of viewer tweeting during the entire Super Bowl telecast. In 2014, Mac transitioned to EVP media lead, overseeing the multi-billion dollar Verizon account and managed the business across Wireless, FiOS, Go90, Hum and Corporate for two years.

    Prior to Zenith, Mac most recently led the performance based accounts at OMD inclusive of Machine Zone gaming and Time Warner Cable. Prior to OMD, Mac spent 8 years at Horizon Media, serving as VP Associate Managing Director overseeing and leading brand strategy on the United Airlines, Siemens Enterprise Communications and Google accounts as well as a myriad of new business initiatives. During his tenure at Horizon, Mac also led the media strategy on several other accounts including A&E Television Networks, Quiznos, and Panasonic, in addition to cultivating many of Horizon’s partner agency relationships with an emphasis on broadcast buying strategy.

    In 2014 Hagel received Verizon’s Innovation Award and in 2013, he was featured as one of television’s top media planners in Broadcasting & Cable. In 2008, Mac’s leadership was recognized when his team won the prestigious Mediaweek “Media Plan of the Year” award for best use of Television for their work on the Panasonic Viera account.

Colleen Hotchkiss

Colleen Hotchkiss

EVP, Managing Director, NYC

    As EVP, Managing Director of the NYC office, Colleen Hotchkiss began her career over 10 years ago at Zenith working on the Verizon account. Colleen serves as lead in the US on the Global Coty account, where she oversees their vast portfolio of brands, from Rimmel to Marc Jacobs fragrances. In addition to overseeing US work, Colleen also serves as Global Strategy lead on Sally Hansen, Philosophy and OPI. Colleen is a member of Viva Women, has been featured on internal Women to Watch panel at Zenith and is a previous recipient of Zenith’s Above and Beyond Award.

    After a short stint away from the agency, Colleen returned in 2007 to work on the General Mills business. During that time she honed her portfolio management experience, helping to and eventually leading planning for a variety of brands over the course of her tenure on the account. During her time on General Mills, Colleen was a key driver of the launch of a recipe driven VOD channel for Pillsbury with Cablevision, showcasing Pillsbury’s ‘How To’ recipe videos and content.

Neil Vendetti

    Working for Zenith for over 16 years, Neil Vendetti has been often recognized for successfully identifying and developing campaigns tailored for very distinct and hard-to-reach target consumers. Neil’s innovative outlook and track record for success knows no limits. When he took over Zenith's National Video group, Neil implemented several structural changes to the team, expanding the roles and responsibilities to meet what he identified as the future of National Broadcast. The National Broadcast department became the National Video department and under Neil's leadership, Zenith now negotiates top-tier online video alongside its broadcast buys, enabling the agency to better serve clients and better deliver ROI.

    Prior to his role as President of Investment, Neil worked on the Toyota Motor Sales team, as Executive Vice President, Managing Director of National Video Activation, and has served as a career counseling ambassador at his alma mater, Bucknell University, helping to educate students about the media industry.

Stephen Farquhar

    With a wealth of global industry knowledge and experience, Stephen Farquhar offers strategic foresight to Zenith and its clients. Stephen is responsible for developing a unified approach to media and brand communication initiatives across Zenith's vast client network. Stephen's past successes include shaping a more digital-centric planning approach for major clients, positively leading them through significant shifts in the media landscape. As President of Strategic Solutions, Stephen oversees the ROI Center at Zenith, which is used as a strategic resource for all of Zenith's clients, providing support to new business, offering unique solutions to business challenges and turning insights into opportunities for our clients.

    Prior to his role as President of Strategic Solutions, Stephen served as the Head of Strategy for MindShare and ZenithOptimedia UK, Managing Director of Zenith Media in the UK and China, and President of Zenith's VM1 group.

Liz Fox

    As President of VM1, Zenith’s full-service media agency for Verizon, Liz leads the team’s approach to media strategy, activation, operations and business intelligence across the Verizon business. Prior, Liz served as President, Value Management, PMX, supporting investment across all 5 Publicis Media agencies. She previously held the role of EVP, Managing Director at Zenith, with a focus on client leadership, managing high-level accounts including Coty, RB and many others. She was also responsible for driving organizational discipline across all of Zenith’s client businesses in the areas of financial reviews and opportunity assessment, contract development and stewardship, and client compensation and forecasting.

    Liz started her media career at a small independent media buying/planning firm – Media/Marketing Directions – in 1984. In 1988, Liz moved to JWT, where she worked on local buying in numerous markets, including Richmond VA, Pittsburgh PA and Washington DC. She supervised the training of assistants and worked closely with the planning and account teams when Sprint PCS was launched in the Mid Atlantic Region.

    At the client’s request, Liz followed the Bell Atlantic account to Zenith in 1986, and became the Account Director. When BA merged with GTE to form Verizon, Liz was part of the pitch team that won the consolidated assignment at Zenith, and ultimately promoted to SVP, Director of Client Services.

She understands that the key to staying modern and relevant in what we do lies in the innovative and strategic integration of data, creative, and technology. Solange stewards Moxie's team in creating an energizing agency environment that encourages our talent to explore new opportunities, challenge the status quo, and continue to drive modern marketing that delivers impactful results for our clients.

    Solange joined Moxie in 2011, serving as an EVP of Client Management and then Chief Operating Officer of the agency before assuming the role of President. In her 17+ year career, Solange held various roles at many agencies including MRM Worldwide, DraftFCB, McCann Worldgroup and OgilvyInteractive.

Tiffany Francis

    Tiffany has been part of the Zenith Talent team since 2011, with a history of success in leading the development and implementation of human resource solutions to drive performance. Tiffany is responsible for collaborating with business leads to provide consultative HR support and advice, aligning human capital strategies to agency needs and driving the execution of people initiatives throughout the agency. With extensive executive level experience in international and domestic human resource management, Tiffany has a solid background in policy and procedure, recruiting, strategic planning, legal compliance and global compensation.

Prior to her position as SVP, Talent, Tiffany lived and worked in Central America and the Caribbean (Panama, Nicaragua, Barbados and Jamaica) while heading up HR for a mobile communications company. She also held HR leadership positions at Digicel, 24/7 Real Media (now GroupM's Xaxis), and Opera Solutions (a Predictive Analytics firm).

Liam O'Neill

Liam O'Neill

    Liam O’Neill has been a strategic leader within the organization since 2009. Her efforts were focused on both the Verizon Wireless and JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) businesses. On Verizon Wireless, her initial objective was to drive local retail strategies and with her vision and leadership, brought the entire media account (National and Multicultural) to Zenith broadening the agencies scope for Verizon. With her move to JPMorgan Chase, she leveraged best practices in an extremely competitive marketplace, and introduced new ways to utilize data in an effort to drive increased business results and ROI.

    Liam began her career at Zenith, launching FiOS throughout the country. She then expanded her skill set by focusing on direct response and acquisition efforts at Halogen Response Media, a Publicis-owned company. While at Halogen Response Media, her client portfolio spanned credit cards, cable companies and education. After almost three years of direct response immersion, she came back to Zenith to once again work on the Verizon Wireless business.

    Liam has since transitioned into her current role in Business Development. Under her leadership, ZenithOptimedia has seen the acquisition of key clients such as Coty and Singapore Airlines. She has renewed the organization’s focus on expanding current client business, building upon our existing relationships and consistently delivering value to our core client base.

    When Liam isn’t pitching new business, she can be found playing tennis or spending time with her two sons.

Nigel Roth

Nigel Roth

Chief Financial Officer, Zenith US

    Nigel Roth moved to the US in July 2012 to take up his role as Zenith CFO. Nigel prides himself on being a valued business partner to Zenith’s senior management teams and successfully balances the accounting, reporting and commercial requirements of the job. He aims to make finance an integral part of the business by developing close relationships both internally and with clients.

    Nigel brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as Finance Director of ZenithOptimedia International in London where he was responsible for the financial management of ZO’s global clients. Prior to his ZO career, he was the Controller for Nickelodeon UK and is a Chartered Accountant having trained at PwC in the UK.

    Nigel is married with 2 young daughters who are enjoying their new life in New York.
