Zenith Gives Back

Every quarter, we give our employees a paid workday to volunteer at our partner charities, or one of their choosing during Zenith Gives Back Week. Our latest effort saw more than 800 staff volunteers donate their time and talent to nonprofits such as Catchafire, The Fresh Air Fund, God’s Love We Deliver, Meals on Wheels and The YWCA.


Pro Bono Work

Autism Speaks: Zenith’s partnership with Autism Speaks has delivered more than $46 million in high-profile donated media. Our efforts, with contributions from the Ad Council, have made Autism Speaks the No. 1 ad-supported charity.

Other Philanthropies: Our work for the Central Park Conservancy has increased online donations by 38% and has significantly increased membership. We are also very proud of the pro bono work we do on behalf of United Way, Hispanic Scholarship Fund and Alzheimer’s Association. In addition, Zenith has also matched or donated more than $100,000 toward causes supported by our employees.


My Story

Launched in 2009, My Story is a Zenith initiative that helps garner support for the charities and causes our people feel most passionate about. Employees share stories of their philanthropic involvement for a chance to win a $5,000 donation for their causes. Twelve winners are chosen by the Vision for Excellence Team, adding up to approximately $60,000-a-year given to charities significant
to our employees.

Zenith is also proud to give up to $5,000 in matching funds for employee donations made to the winning charity. Giving back to the communities where our employees work and live is an important way we demonstrate a commitment to our credo.
